New houses pass city inspections and still come with mistakes. City inspections check code minimums; we spend two hours on the workmanship of your house.
We visit before the drywall goes up, when framing, wiring and plumbing are still visible, and again before your final walkthrough with the builder.

Will the builder let you in?
Most Denver builders allow it with notice. Ask your sales rep to schedule us, and we coordinate with the site superintendent.
