The sewer line from the house to the street usually belongs to the homeowner, and in older Denver neighborhoods it is often clay pipe with roots in the joints. A repair can cost thousands.
We run a camera from the cleanout to the city main, record the video and mark where we see roots, cracks, sags or breaks.

Is it worth it on a newer house?
